The first few floors have been built and a crane is standing in the middle of a dome being built in the center of the structure. In the lower right quadrant it reads in white writing: "Oct. 28, 07."

The roofline of the capital has been built and in the center the dome is still under construction. There is significant damage in the lower right quadrant that is mostly obscuring the handwritten date that possibly reads "Dec. 28, 07."

The scaffolding is positioned against the wall of the State Capitol building, where there is a large hole.
